Laqad kunta fee ghaflatin min hatha fakashafna AAanka ghita aka fabasaruka-al-yawma hadeedun

Hindi Transliteration- लक़द कुंता फ़ी ग़फलतिम्मिन हाज़ा फकशफना अनका ग़िता अका फबसरूकल यवमा ‘हदीद 

Urdu- بے شک تو تو اس دن سے غفلت میں رہا پس ہم نے تجھ سے تیرا پردہ دور کر دیا پس تیری نگاہ آج بڑی تیز ہے

English- “(It will be said) Thou wast heedless of this, now We have removed thy veil, And sharp is thy sight this day !

Hindi- (और हम कहेंगे)- तू इस रोज़ से नावाक़िफ़ था सो आख़िरकार हमने तेरा पर्दा खोल दिया| सो आज के रोज़ तेरी नज़र बहुत तेज़ है और तू सब कुछ देख रहा है|

Recite the last part of the 22nd ayah of Surah Qaf 7 times, after farz of each prayer:

فَكَشَفْنَا عَنكَ غِطَاءكَ فَبَصَرُكَ الْيَوْمَ حَدِيدٌ

fakashafna AAanka ghita aka fabasaruka-al-yawma hadeedun

Then recite “Ya Nooru” 3 times and blow onto your thumbs and wipe over your eyes three times. Do it every day Insha ALLAH soon your eyesight will boost.
